Albert Schletter successfully defended his PhD on "Ultrafast Coherent X-ray Pulses: Laser-Based Sources and Applications". Supervised by Prof. Reinhard Kienberger at TUM, Albert joined CALA to work on the LUX beamline and later participated in several experimental campaigns on Thomson Scattering in Prof. Stefan Karsch's group. As part of his thesis, he demonstrated X-ray tomography performed with a laser-driven Thomson source and analyzed its stability. We wish Albert all the best for his future endeavours.
